Boston, MA, July 15, 2013 - For the second consecutive year, Boston-based GW&K, a mid-sized investment firm managing equity and fixed income strategies for a diverse range of clients, has won industry accolades for its actively managed investment strategies.
GW&Ks Small/Mid Cap Core and Enhanced Core Bond Strategies, the 2013 winners of Investment Advisor magazines SMA Manager of the Year Award, captured two of the four category awards in this years competition. The annual awards are compiled in partnership with Envestnet | Prima and score Separately Managed Account (SMA) managers across 13 separate quantitative and qualitative criteria, based on 2012 data.
