Responsibilities

Andrea is a member of our global equity team working closely with portfolio managers and analysts to support the firm’s client service and business development efforts. Andrea’s investment career, spanning more than three decades, has provided her with a deep knowledge of global investment markets. She adds a valuable perspective to the team’s research discussions and enjoys educating clients and prospects on the team’s philosophy, process, and individual stock holdings. She is a member of the firm’s Investment and ESG Committees.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining GW&K, Andrea was a partner, portfolio manager, and senior research analyst at Frontier Global Partners. Her responsibilities included investing across frontier and smaller emerging markets as well as communicating the firm’s strategy to clients, prospects, and consultants. Previously she was a director and senior international equity research analyst and portfolio strategist at The Boston Company covering European consumer companies, India, and the EM EMEA region. She also was a vice president at both Standish, Ayer & Wood and The Pioneer Group.

Education

Andrea graduated cum laude with her BS in Business Administration and received her MBA with honors from Suffolk University. She is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.

Outside the Office...
I have been fortunate that my career has given me the opportunity to travel the world. I have visited over 50 countries, and believe it or not, there are still a few on my bucket list! Experiencing so many different countries and cultures has been incredibly valuable both personally and professionally.
