What I enjoy most about working at GW&K is...
Investing is a humbling business which can challenge your confidence at times. Knowing that I have unconditional support from senior management frees up mental bandwidth to do my job effectively, and creates a positive feedback loop for the culture. As such, we have great people that are all on the same page and working together towards common goals, rather than pursuing personal agendas.
