As Director of Human Resources (HR), Gayle leads a team responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of GW&K’s overall business plan, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition and recruitment, employee relations, leadership and development, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. She is a partner of the firm and co-chair of GW&K’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Gayle began her HR career in 1996. Prior to joining GW&K in 2022, Gayle was Executive Director, Head of Investment Management Talent Acquisition at Eaton Vance/Morgan Stanley where she led global talent acquisition for a 2000+ organization aligning the recruitment strategy to support evolving business objectives. Previous HR-related roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Eaton Vance Corp., Human Resources Manager as BISYS Group, Inc., in addition to recruiting roles at FleetBoston Financial and Fidelity Investments.

Gayle received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ithaca College and her Master of Education from Lesley College. She has her certificate of Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Gayle is also a member of NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association) and The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Talent Development & Retention Leadership Council.
