Matt is a member of our municipal bond team working closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and our client portfolio manager to help support the firm’s client service and business development efforts.
Matt originally joined GW&K as an internal wholesaler on the national accounts sales team for the west coast territory focusing on new business development and relationship management. Previously, he was an investment solutions representative at Fidelity Investments where he collaborated with clients to develop and recommend suitable investments to helps them reach their retirement and financial goals.
Matt graduated magnum cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with his BS in business administration with concentration in finance. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston. Matt also holds the Series 7, 63, and 66 Licenses with FINRA.
The municipal bond market is large and highly fragmented, which can be daunting for investors. I love the complexities of the market, but more so, getting to work side by side with a veteran team that has weathered many market cycles, and ultimately helping clients understand what will work with their goals and risk tolerance.
