Having an inside view into dozens of companies as both a consultant and employee prior to joining GW&K, it was immediately clear to me how special this organization is. There is a tremendous emphasis on professionalism, client focus, and team collaboration that comes with the firm’s highly respectful and nurturing culture. GW&K is a rare entrepreneurial investment manager run by investors for the benefit of clients and employees with the resources of a large shop.
