Responsibilities

Terry oversees a team of client service associates who serve GW&K’s key managed accounts relationships and RIA client base. His day to day oversight of client service operations gives him the opportunity to cultivate strong inter-department working relationships as he develops and evaluates workflows with a focus on identifying potential risks to the firm.

Prior Work Experience

Terry joined GW&K as a client service associate and was quickly promoted to assistant relationship manager where he was the main point of contact for clients regarding questions about their portfolios. Prior to joining GW&K, Terry was a senior client service associate in the managed account division at Putnam Investments.

Education

Terry received a BS from Plymouth State University and holds the Series 6, 7, and 63 Licenses with FINRA.

What excites me most about my position ...
I have the pleasure of working with colleagues throughout the entire organization and no two days are alike; all while helping both clients and advisors achieve their goals. I also find it extremely rewarding to train staff and see them contribute to the organization and grow professionally.
